Generated Images

User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services ("User Content"), including text prompts. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Uses

- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Reve Image, our employees, or other users
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our Services
- To generate harmful, misleading, or unethical content
- To create deepfakes or other deceptive content without proper disclosure
- To generate content that promotes discrimination, violence, or illegal activities
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Reve Image at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Disclaimer of Warranties
REVE IMAGE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL REVE IMAGE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
REVE IMAGE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, QUALITY, OR APPROPRIATENESS OF ANY IMAGES GENERATED THROUGH OUR SERVICES. USERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND EVALUATING ALL GENERATED CONTENT BEFORE USE OR DISTRIBUTION.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reve Image and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Services.
Changes to Terms of Use
